HET2015 was a great success! A tremendous thanks to all who attended.
WHY
Eating behavior has a major influence on food intake, nutrition and overall health, yet what we know and understand about it is still limited. Importantly, most methods that we use nowadays to study how humans eat are indirect and rely on self-report. Can we do better, particularly given the state of technology in 2015?
WHAT
An unusual hybrid of scientific symposium and hackathon, Hacking Eating Tracking will bring together creative scientists and innovators to catalyze the development of new ideas and disruptive solutions that can shape the future of the collection and application of quantified human eating behavior data.
WHEN & WHERE
Hacking Eating Tracking will take place on September 18-20, 2015 at the Northwest building of Harvard University. We will be downstairs in the beautiful and modern pre-function area. The Northwest building is located in the heart of the Cambridge campus, only steps away from the vibrant Harvard and Porter Square areas of Cambridge.
